Prepare your home for the arrival of summer
With summer knocking, there's nothing like preparing the house for the coming season, welcoming it with a lighter and cooler decoration by applying these tips.
Temperatures are rising and the desire to spend more time outdoors is increasing. The hot sun starts to appear and invites you to endless dives. The desire to outdoors increase, but that doesn't mean that, when you go back there, you'll soon gain the desire to immediately go out—much to the contrary.
It is normal to want to make your space as cozy as possible, but that does not mean that you cannot renew it for the new season, without ever compromising the will you sometimes have to stay at home.

summer. Get ready to put away your blankets and also your warmest clothes because
you won't need them any time soon. Learn how you can transform your personal space to
receive the heatwave without effort.
Which is like saying: start at the beginning, with what requires more time and energy.
Grab everything you know you won't be using in the next few months, such as the hottest
blankets you have on the couch and the thick sweaters you have stored in your closet,
and put them away (with proper order, of course).
Take everything that doesn't fit high temperatures and create an organizational space for each of these elements. Make sure that all drawers are opened and that nothing is left unattended. If you find clothes you no longer use, then this is a great time to donate them, for example, to a charity institution.
2. Choose the right colors
Along with summer comes the lighter colors. Be inspired by everything this season
reminds you of and apply those ideas to the decoration of your home. Give privilege to
the white, green, blue, and yellow tones.
Bring the beach vibes into the house and create a quiet environment, where the only thing missing is hearing the sea in the background... Choose colored fabrics and light fibers. Prefer the woods, the happier paintings and all the elements that reflect the good energies of the season.
3. Don't forget the plants, nor the flowers
In an environment where you want to recreate the air of nature, as well as the fresh and cheerful environment, flowers and plants cannot be absent. You can choose the natural or the fake ones, in case you are looking for more durability and you only want to worry about the aesthetic part perhaps, if you choose the first ones, only make sure you always choose the ones that are proper of the season.
Arrange the plants and flowers you have chosen on shelves so that the decorative aspect
is never forgotten. By doing so, you can ensure that the ambiance works and that it
reflects the warm summer temperatures indoors.
4. Change the bedding and sofa cushions
This is one of the simplest tips we can give you to prepare for the arrival of summer in the
best way. In terms of decoration, this is also one of the most "considered" strategies, so
you don't have to worry about big logistics either.
Choose lighter fabrics and bed covers, in happier and cooler shades. Do the same with

6. Take care of the outside space
If you have an outdoor space whether it is a garden area or a balcony you mustn't
forget it during this new decoration. After all, this is one of the spaces that best
announces the arrival of summer.
If necessary, treat the wood of the outside tables and chairs and don't forget to varnish them. Clean the space and prepare it to receive the new season. You can also place plants and flowers where you like them the most. Don't forget to water them as regularly as possible.
